We needed a fast presentation tool that we could immediately launch during a cold call. We also needed a presentation tool fast and easy enough to be used by senior executives during an initial intro call to help get their attention. We now use ClearSlide which is a fast presentation tool and very easy to use. This presentation tool is also group powered, like salesforce.com, which allows each of our reps to share powerpoint decks and to quickly view overall team presentation stats. The key behind this fast presentation tool is that it doesn't require invites to be sent out via email, instead each reps is given their own personalized email address and can simple tell anyone on a call to "just go to clearslide.com/theirname" to instant start presenting their powerpoint presentation. We also chose this fast presentation tool since it provides our sales management team with detailed analytics and reports around each sales pitch, including location, duration, powerpoint decks used, etc.
